About me

The purpose of an estate planning attorney is to help you with the process of anticipating and arranging for the disposal of an estate. Estate planning lawyers typically attempt to eliminate uncertainties over the administration of a probate and maximize the value of the estate by reducing taxes and other expenses.

I joined the partnership in 1997.  We practiced together for almost 20 years. My partner retired in 1998 and died the following year. I have continued to practice alone as a professional corporation under the name Carl Hillsboro, P.C. With more than 25 years of experience, I am well equipped to serve my clients. My years in practice are the foundation of many long-term client relationships. I have retained many of the clients of my former partner as my own.

I cannot begin to express the positive impact this attorney has had on me. It has empowered me to step out of my comfort zone, pursue my dreams, and cultivate a mindset of growth and resilience.
